We will be having our 10 weeks of beginners (red group) celebrations!

ie:  Cake Run!!   Where we will congratulating our beginners and handing out their new Finishers T-Shirts!!

At 7pm-7.30pm Jane Rackham  will be in attendance to give us a full session on what  foam rolling is all about!

She will be bringing spare rollers with her (and I will have a handful for people to buy at £5 each).
