Our new Fit Camp – strength and conditioning session every Saturday morning is going really well!
So well, that due to popular demand, we have now introduced another session – Wednesdays at 9.30am!
This group is aimed at all levels of fitness, from complete beginners wanting to lose weight fast, to runners who want to keep injury free by using our very own qualified UK Athletics Coaches.
We meet every Saturday morning at 8am till 8.45am and now Wednesdays 9.30am till 10.15am.
Cost is £5 pay as you train (no membership fee or block booking)
We meet at the Vineyards in Tewkesbury in the outside gym area.
